Museum Pal supports 11 languages: English, Chinese (Mandarin), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic, and Portuguese.

Yes, Museum Pal requires an internet connection to provide real-time AI responses and access our extensive art database. Most museums offer free WiFi for visitors.

Museum Pal currently supports major museums worldwide including the Louvre, Met, MoMA, National Gallery, Getty, and Art Institute of Chicago. We're constantly adding more museums to our platform.

Our AI analyzes artwork data from museums and provides engaging narrations, answers questions in real-time, and adapts to your interests. Simply select an artwork or ask a question to start learning!

You can delete your Museum Pal account at any time directly from the app:

1. Open the Museum Pal app.
2. Tap the gear icon (⚙) in the top-right corner to open User Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the User Settings screen.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Your deletion request will be processed immediately. Here is what happens to your data:

Deleted immediately:

• Your account profile (name, email address)
• Conversation history and tour session data
• App preferences and settings
• Any saved routes or bookmarked artworks

Retained after deletion:

• Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (not linked to your identity) — retained indefinitely for service improvement.
• Purchase and transaction records required for legal and financial compliance — retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law.
